Hong Kong Station is the first double decker bus Chinese Restaurant that serves a variety of dimsum and variety of noodles and it’s owned by Mr. Jayson Austria located at Capitol Drive, San Jose, Balanga City, Bataan.
The idea of putting this kind of business was inspired by a restaurant in Quezon City. It is just an ordinary restaurant. But because of very remarkable taste of its chinese dishes the restaurant beat all the large Chinese Restaurant. That’s the time Mr. Austria got fascinated by their dimsum and noodles and after that the chef became his friend and because it’s Mr. Austria favourite food he also have a contact, and that’s the time he was really looking for to set up a restaurant. Mr. Austria was into food. This business is not just focussing in a Chinese food also they are planning to put up a bakery cafe and other things that doesn’t have here in Bataan. The difference of the past Goto Mobile to their Hong Kong Station is the place itself, the ambiance, the food that where going to serve, the variety of foods and a lot of big change in this places happened. The opening of Hong Kong Station is this coming October 17. They are open at 10am to 10pm. On their opening, they will have a promos like the first 100 person will have a free dimsum taupe roll and the first 10 accumulate visit will have a free t-shirt. Every Sunday they were close, because as much as they want to, but it is a Lord’s Day and a family day. Mr. Austria said that this is not easy to balance for having a business as the same time being a young pastor. During weekday’s he focus of day light in business and in the night Mr. Austria has to read and to study so that’s his time for studying this business. In during weekend he makes a point that’s his time for the church. It was a big challenge for Mr. Austria of having this kind of business because it makes a lot of time of having this restaurant, the hardest part of having a restaurant is the putting up, but they have manpower eventually for helping their business. The owner is aiming to build another 3 buses, the 1st bus is in Capitol Drive the 2nd bus is where planning to put it up in Dinalupihan. They were thinking of bakery cafe, they have a lot of ideas actually that they don’t know where to start but this kind of business their planning to propagate this or after this they were planning to have a Food Trucks or Food Park (Bataan Food Parks) the sequel ideas for Hong Kong Station. Their strength is, 1st they believe this a good location, 2nd it’s not a typical restaurant 3rd it’s a first double decker bus Chinese restaurant in town that serves varieties of dimsum and varieties of noodles, of course at affordable price.

They will be having a student discount wherein they will offer a rice meal toppings that affordable for the student and it will range between 50 to 75 pesos. They are not a fast food, it’s like a quick service restaurant, they cook the food when the customer’s order at that time. Their weakness is the weather, when it rainy season that’s the big challenge, when it’s sunny they have an electric fan and also an air conditioner to make a customer’s being comfortable. It does differ with Chinese, Mandarins and Cantonese kitchen with the Hong Kong Chinese, where you’re going to Hong Kong there’s a lot of dimsum and that’s their staple food. The Hong Kong Station sees their business for 10 years from now, is they will have a several branches of Hong Kong station like putting it up inside a mall by a different name of dim sum project.
